Peer support connects you with trained staff or someone who has had similar experiences and can offer understanding, encouragement, and practical insights. No, emotional support is different from professional therapy or counselling. Our support staff focus on emotional support, practical help, and connecting you with resources. If you need professional counselling services, we can help connect you with appropriate providers in your community.

You can discuss anything that’s on your mind, your feelings about the pregnancy, your options, relationship concerns, fears about the future, practical needs, or anything else. If the nature of your challenges require professional attention, we will do our best to make referrals. Our support staff are here to listen and help.
