Pregnancy Care Centre Toronto is a safe and compassionate place where you can talk to someone who will listen without judgment, ask questions, and receive help to understand all your choices ahead—whether that’s parenting, adoption, or abortion. Our helpline connects you directly to caring staff who provide emotional support, practical help, and guidance at your pace. We also work alongside trusted organizations to make sure you get the resources you need. No matter what you’re feeling, there’s help available, and you don’t have to face this alone.

"I was at school trying to get into college...and then next thing I know I was starting to get suspicious because something within me was telling me that 'you're pregnant' and even my best friend was joking all the time telling me 'you're gonna get pregnant'...and I was so nervous getting that pregnancy test because I know that I look so young for my age...I allowed myself to go through all that pain, [to] go through all the harsh judgements that came my way, and the disappointments from my relatives and my mom especially. And the disappointment that was coming from within as well because it wasn't part of my plan...[Then] my school connected me with a social worker and that social worker connected me with Pregnancy Care Centre Toronto. And that was the day that I made a genuine decision that I knew was coming from me."
