



At PCC Toronto, we offer free and confidential services including: pregnancy testing, emotional support, pregnancy options information (parenting, adoption, abortion), connections to community resources, and ongoing support throughout your pregnancy journey. All services are available regardless of your immigration status or health coverage. Visit us at our locations in North York, Scarborough, Downtown Toronto, Richmond Hill, or Brampton. Please note that we are not a medical clinic and do not provide or assist in arranging for abortions.
No preparation is needed. Our support staff will listen and help you explore your options at your own pace. You’re welcome to bring a partner, friend, or family member for support. If you have questions beforehand, call or text us at 416-229-2607. All conversations are confidential.
No. All our services are completely free and do not require OHIP, health insurance, or any documentation. We serve everyone regardless of immigration or health coverage status. Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your partner, a friend, family member, or anyone you trust to any appointment. Having support can make a difference. We can also speak with them separately if they have their own questions or need support too.
